NIAD Green started as a manpower services business in India in 2019. Demand for technical deployment and embedded recruitment teams from the same clients led us to build those capabilities properly, rather than refer the work elsewhere — and to follow our clients into Australia as their own operations grew.
Most organisations end up managing three or four separate vendors to cover workforce, technical deployment, and hiring — each with its own contract, its own point of contact, and its own idea of what "done" means. We built NIAD Green so that one commercial relationship could responsibly cover all three, without flattening any of them into a generic service line.
That means a dedicated delivery lead for each discipline, not a single account manager spread too thin to be useful in any of them.
Names and bios intentionally left as placeholders — these should be real people, not invented ones.
Seven years in, the test we hold ourselves to hasn't changed: would we trust this team with our own operations?
